Very prompt, turn up normally within 5 minutes, and the drivers are polite, friendly and very helpful. Very clean vehicles too! 5 star service.

Excellent taxi service made even better by the introduction of card payments on the App. However, the App needs to be able to record your destination when booking, so needs updating.

Have been using V Cars in Bath on a weekly basis for a few years, mainly for travel to/from Bath Spa train station. I've used the old and new apps on iPhone and Android, as well as phoning to order a taxi. In general, the service is great. The cars always turn up on time, I've never missed a train as a result, cars are good and drivers are courteous. The app now allows in-app payment via credit card so I can just get out on arrival and payment is accurate and automatic, with the receipt sent via email. I can also optionally rate the driver and tip them via the app too. You can track the car's location and get notifications when the car is dispatched and arrives, so all good there. Lastly, it's nice to use a local alternative to Uber that isn't based in the Netherlands (to avoid paying UK tax) and doesn't try to eliminate the competition by subsidizing the service (if you care about that sort of thing.) Edit: removed my minor comments about the app, as a new version has been rolled out - thanks!

Used mobile app for first time. Very impressed. Car arrived very punctually, car was lovely and driver very friendly. Most importantly a reliable taxi service! The app was easy to use and very informative. No need to look anywhere else now. I will definitely be using v cars from now on.
