Staff are usually very helpful and keen to ensure items go into the correct collection point and not landfill. Several times they have helped me empty heavy items from the boot . Thank you
Staff always helpful and cheerful, helping unload where they can and advising where each item needs to go. Beware of long queues that form 45 minutes before closing time - don't leave it until the last minute to go there.
