Bicycle Shops or Bicycle Accessories Outlets or Cycle Repairers

Avon Valley Cyclery

Brunel Square, Bath BA1 1SX, UK – 01225 442442

I had a mini disaster with my carbon frame bike front mech that threatened to ruin my West Country cycling adventure, or so I thought. I popped into this shop in a bit of a mild panic. The calm, knowledgeable mechanic carried out a quick simple operation and gave me some sound advice, all free of charge I was well chuffed, very grateful and was able to continue my adventure. I recommend this establishment and would use it if I ever get the chance.

Amazing customer service!!!! My bike broke down just as they were about to close, a member of staff saw me struggling outside and offered to help. He fixed my bike in no time and was full of useful tips. I can't recommend them enough. This is what genuine helpful service is all about.

Johns Bikes

82-84 Walcot St, Bath BA1 5BD, UK – 01225 581666

Sat, the manager, at Johns bikes spent ages advising on and fitting a helmet for me. Throughout the process my wife and I were extremely impressed with his friendly manner, knowledge and professionalism. It was a great experience and I ended up with a helmet which is just right for me. If you want great advise and service go to Johns Bikes. You can't go wrong.

Helped me sort out a very tricky rear wheel replacement on my electric bike - and would not hear about being paid. Clearly understands that being a part of the community is more valuable than just being a "retail outlet". Thank you!

Cadence Bike Shop

9 Chelsea Rd, Bath BA1 3PP, UK – 01225 446887

Love it here. The guys in there are really kind & honest, and in my experience, prioritise good customer service over making loads of money! Totally recommend.

My first experience was excellent. I bought a Mavic wheelset which arrived when Cadence said they would. They even shipped them on to my home address as I am 25 miles from their shop. Very friendly and professional service. Great communication. Really easy to do business with. My new local bike ship.
