I had a mini disaster with my carbon frame bike front mech that threatened to ruin my West Country cycling adventure, or so I thought. I popped into this shop in a bit of a mild panic. The calm, knowledgeable mechanic carried out a quick simple operation and gave me some sound advice, all free of charge I was well chuffed, very grateful and was able to continue my adventure. I recommend this establishment and would use it if I ever get the chance.

Amazing customer service!!!! My bike broke down just as they were about to close, a member of staff saw me struggling outside and offered to help. He fixed my bike in no time and was full of useful tips. I can't recommend them enough. This is what genuine helpful service is all about.

Sat, the manager, at Johns bikes spent ages advising on and fitting a helmet for me. Throughout the process my wife and I were extremely impressed with his friendly manner, knowledge and professionalism. Tom is always very friendly and helpful. Have used numerous times and always does a great job. Recently had a problem with the shifter on my MTB, he sourced a replacement at the same price as online, was delivered the next day + fitted and re-indexed the brakes for an extremely reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Went in looking at e-bikes. Came out with a loan bike from BANES for 2 weeks - very helpful team. Ordered new bike & all delivered/setup with no issues. No hard sell, no drama, nice relaxed atmosphere. Would recommend popping along & having a chat with them. Bike will be going in soon for initial service - not expecting anything but good service.

I was looking for an Ebike, being tall its hard to find the right bike ,David phoned me and advised me on a Gazelle which is very comfortable and great for touring. Brilliant customer service without the hard sell , great communications with speedy service , had my bike within days, I would highly recommend them to anyone, simply brilliant !
