Wonderful shop with friendly and helpful staff. Helpful but not pressuring. Will definitely be going back if my partner hasn't already bought the maps we need to get the ones they recommended.

BCH Outdoor is place to go for all your outdoor needs. What makes this place great are the staff, extremely knowledgeable and experienced. They are more than happy to spend time with and answer your questions. Can't recommend enough!

I was on the lookout for new walking boots and had amazing help from Ben. He was knowledgeable on the different types of boots available and provided his opinions but never pressured me to go with any particular brand or style. He made a task that I wasn't particularly looking forward to a fun experience and I'm happy with my new purchase. If you're on the lookout for a pair of boots I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben to help you!

A good of products, covering pretty much everything one might need for camping/hiking etc. Staff are friendly but struggle with more technical questions.
